Black residue when cooking with propane? - cooking with propane
My indoor range (and oven), the use of propane, but always leaves a black film in all my pots and pans. What causes this and how can I solve this problem? There have always been problems with the frying pan into the oven, covered, but the grills in the oven until the end with a film noir. Ask for more information. Any advice would be very grateful.

Sounds like air should be adjusted to the burners. If it's only a very small amount of air that does not does not burn clean.
The gas pressure can be high, but probably the mixing of air should be adjusted in the burners.
